We keep our overheads low and work on volume. We only charge for the products we provide eg. Real Estate.com, Domain listing, photographers, signs, brochures, property & house plans, website upgrades etc. Everything we provide our clients is transparent and itemised! Our costs are associated with the marketing and services required.

Q. What makes you difference to other real estate agencies?

We offer our clients different levels to choose from when selling their property. We give back to you total control of your property with no binding contracts. Depending upon your situation and budget, will determine the level of agency involvement you require.

Q. What do I get for my money?

Q. Do I need to go to a Real Estate Agent to sell my property if I have found a buyer privately?

The answer is NO. All you need is a good Solicitor or Conveyancer to finalise the legalities after you have negotiated the sale price with your buyer.

Q. Some agencies don't want money up front for marketing. Why do I pay BeeAgent Free upfront?

We believe in itemisation and transparency with our marketing costs and want our clients to chose 'upfront' the marketing items they wish to purchase their property. Agents will advertise and market your property at a cost. For this service, they will invoice you during your campaign or on settlement day plus..you will also pay thousands of dollars in commission. When you go to the supermarket, what you put in your trolley is what you pay for and there are no surprises when your finished and we use this same principal.

Yes, we can. This is included in our core service. You are advertised on this major website until SOLD.
